Contract Epoxy / Concrete Coating Installer/Lead

JOB STARTS FEB 2ND, MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND PRE-JOB BRIEFING JAN 30TH

We are hiring *experienced epoxy / concrete coating installers* for *one large, defined project*. All concrete surfaces will be *fully prepped prior to installation* — *minimal grinding or surface prep required*.

This is a *short-term, contract-only role* for professionals who already know epoxy systems and can perform immediately.

Project Scope (Application Only)

* Installation of *epoxy flake flooring systems* on pre-prepped concrete
* Mixing and application of epoxy base coats
* Full flake broadcast and scrape-down
* Application of topcoats
* Use of professional coating tools (mixers, squeegees, rollers, spike shoes, etc.)
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

* *Direct experience in the concrete coating / epoxy flooring industry*
* *Hands-on experience installing epoxy flake flooring systems*
* Ability to step onto a jobsite and produce without supervision
* Adjacent trade experience does *not* substitute for coating experience

Preferred Experience

* Experience applying *urethane topcoats* (polyaspartic / polyurea systems a plus)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,200.00 – $1,650.00 per week
