Tru Colors Contracting, Inc., a well-established painting and coatings contractor with 16 years of proven success in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Waterproofing & Concrete Coatings Specialist to join our team.

Position Highlights:

Perform all types of waterproofing systems and concrete coatings (elastomeric, epoxy, urethane, deck and roof coatings, sealants, etc.)
Apply coatings to concrete, masonry, and structural surfaces with precision and attention to detail
Work independently and as part of a team on a variety of projects
Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets Tru Colors’ standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in waterproofing and coatings (minimum 3+ years preferred)
Knowledge of various application techniques and products
Ability to work outdoors in South Florida conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
