Epoxy Installation Partner (Profit-Sharing Opportunity)

This is not a standard job. This is a business opportunity for a highly skilled and entrepreneurial epoxy/concrete coating installer to partner with a rapidly growing company.

My name is Gabriel, and I am the founder of a successful lead generation company Nextdoor Goat (nextdoorgoat.com) that provides a steady, exclusive stream of high-quality leads for concrete coatings in San Diego’s most affluent neighborhoods.

We have the sales, marketing, and business systems handled. Up until now we have subcontracted out these jobs or charged a flat fee for the leads. We are now building the installation side of the business and are looking for a true Installation Partner to take complete ownership of operations.

You will not be an employee. You will be a partner. Your success will be directly tied to your performance, with an unlimited earning potential and a clear path to equity for the right person.

The Opportunity:

* High-Quality, Exclusive Leads: You will be working on premium jobs. We do not compete on price; we compete on quality and reputation.

* 50/50 Profit-Sharing Model: For every job, we cover the direct costs (materials, rentals, labor, and a fixed 15% marketing fee) and then split the remaining profit 50/50.

* High Earning Potential: On a standard two-car garage, your take-home profit can easily be $1,800 – $2,500+. With a steady flow of leads, your annual income is directly determined by your drive and efficiency.

* Path to Ownership: We will start with a 3-5 job trial period. If you prove to be the right partner, we will begin formal discussions about equity and a long-term ownership stake in the company.

* Vision for Growth: Our plan is to perfect the model in San Diego and expand into new markets like the Inland Empire. You will be foundational to that growth.

Your Responsibilities:

* Take full ownership of the installation process from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality standards on every project.

* Manage all on-site operations, including surface preparation (grinding), material application, and final topcoat.

* Coordinate job logistics, including material ordering and equipment rental.

* (As we grow) Hire, train, and manage additional installation helpers and crews whom you will manage.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.

* Communicate effectively with the sales side to ensure a seamless customer experience.
