Flooring Installer

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our installation team. As a concrete coatings installer, you’ll work with a crew to prepare, apply and finish commercial/residential grade coatings systems in garages, homes and businesses.

Responsibilities: Surface preparation(Grinding, repairing cracks, patching and cleaning. Mixing and applying epoxy, concrete stain, etc. Assisting with equipment setup, cleanup and maintenance. Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean site. Communication is key.

Qualifications: Previous construction, flooring or coatings experience preferred (but not required-will train)

Must have the ability to lift 50+ pounds and work feet for extended periods, strong attention to detail and PRIDE in quality workmanship. Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable Transportation to our office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
