Flooring Technician – Epoxy/Polyaspartic Flooring

*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Installer* to join our team. While experience with Epoxy and Polyaspartic flooring systems is a plus, it is *not required*. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and the qualities to help maintain our high standards on every project.

*Responsibilities:*

* Install Epoxy/Polyaspartic flooring systems efficiently and to company quality standards.
* Interpret and follow detailed installation instructions provided by the company.
* Assist with installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
* Perform hands-on installation.
* Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks.
* Ensure all work adheres to company safety guidelines and protocols, contributing to overall project quality and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Collaborate with team members to complete daily work responsibilities.
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure expectations are met.
* Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site as needed.

*Requirements:*

* Hands-on experience with power tools, construction, or related trade work is preferred.
* Experience with Epoxy and/or Polyaspartic flooring installation is a plus but *not required*.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
