We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing concrete floor coating team. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding our market presence through direct engagement with prospective clients, managing territory accounts, and driving revenue growth across various industries. *Duties*
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territories
* Commercial/residential in home/work estimates
* Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively
* Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional strategies
* Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new growth avenues
* Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts
*Skills*
* Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead management and analysis
* Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking
* Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to outside sales efforts
* Ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations
* Effective account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence
* Analytical skills for market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
* Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing territory growth and lead generation
