* Create a prospecting plan in collaboration with leadership
* Manage an active sales pipeline and provide daily activity reporting via CRM
* Hand off sold projects seamlessly to installation crews
* Schedule jobs sold and maintain updated schedules
* Represent Croc Coatings at events and occasional weekend appointments

*Pay & Incentives:*
