Epoxy Flooring Division Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Epoxy Flooring Division Lead to build, manage, and grow our epoxy flooring operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of epoxy and resinous flooring projects—from estimating support and scheduling to installation quality and crew development. The Division Lead will set standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction while leading teams in delivering high-quality epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane flooring systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all epoxy flooring operations and field crews
* Perform and supervise surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, scarifying, and repairs
* Install and oversee epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, flake, and quartz flooring systems
* Plan and coordinate project schedules, labor, and material needs
* Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets specifications and company standards
* Train, mentor, and evaluate installers and apprentices
* Develop standard procedures for installation, safety, and cleanup
* Enforce safety policies and maintain organized, professional jobsites
* Communicate with project managers, clients, and leadership team
* Support estimating, job walks, and technical evaluations when needed
* Troubleshoot technical and personnel issues on jobsites

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in epoxy or resinous flooring installation
* Proven experience leading crews or managing field operations
* Strong technical knowledge of surface prep and coating systems
* Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and product data sheets
* Physically capable of demanding field work
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* High standards for quality, safety, and professionalism
* OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
* Willingness to work flexible hours when projects require

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
