Epoxy Floor Installer

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various flooring types and be proficient in related construction tasks. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining flooring materials while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

*Responsibilities*:

* Collaborate with clients to understand their flooring preferences and provide expert recommendations.
* Utilize power tools effectively and safely to complete installations.
* Perform trim carpentry tasks to ensure a polished finish around edges and corners.
* Restore damaged areas of existing flooring as required.
* Finish concrete surfaces when necessary to prepare for new flooring installations.
* Apply caulking to ensure proper sealing around edges and joints.

*Qualifications:*

* Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment related to flooring installation.
* Experience with trim carpentry is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with flooring installation.
