Epoxy Flooring Installer / Coatings Technician

We are seeking an Epoxy Flooring Installer / Coatings Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in epoxy or concrete coatings (garage, basement, or commercial flooring), but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and construction background.

Responsibilities:

* Prep concrete floors (grinding, patching, moisture testing)
* Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and decorative flake/metallic systems
* Operate equipment such as grinders and vacuums safely
* Ensure jobs are completed with high-quality standards and within timelines
* Maintain a clean, safe worksite
* Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Qualifications:

* Experience in epoxy flooring, painting, construction, or concrete work preferred
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (company vehicle possible for crew leads)
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
