Foreman – Flat work

Our corporate office is located in Pella, Iowa with a satellite office in the Des Moines and Ogden area. We are a rapidly growing company that puts quality workmanship above all else. We do flatwork, both residential and commercial, site utilities for sanitary, water & storm sewers and excavation work. We do projects all over the state of Iowa but generally work in South Central within 100 mile radius of Des Moines. We have work under contract for you!! Job Description:

•Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a lead man or foreman of a concrete crew.
•Must have finishing experience.
•Needs to know how to run a skid loader, mini-excavator, power trowel & screed.
•Manage a crew up to 6 members efficiently and problem solve with minimal supervision.
•Must be able to organize and coordinate daily activities of crew members.
•Needs to have knowledge in ordering materials and supplies needed on the jobsite.
•Must have good leadership and communication skills, along with working well with others.
•Must have a good work ethic and be very punctual.
•Must be able to lift 40 pounds

*Must have a Drivers License

This position would be based in and around the Ames, Iowa area.
