Job Description
*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting.
*Responsibilities*
* Primary responsibilities include painting apartments, townhomes, and other residential homes for turns
* Maintain a clean work environment
* Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents
*Experience*
* Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting projects
*Pay based on experience*
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
