Paint Line Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

Use of a fork truck
Use of hand held tools and gauges
Self sufficiency
Perform changeovers
On feet for extended amount of time
Mechanically inclined decision making
Working off-shift

Qualifications

Ability to read, write and understand job documentation
Physical coordination to lift and move product
Trainable with fork lift truck
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
Math ability, including conversions (English & Metric units)
Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices
Ability to understand machine computer functions
Trainable with CNC, PLC controls and SPC documentation
Ability to load material, perform changeovers, make needed adjustments during production and/or tooling changes on the Paint Line
