*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Flooring Installers and or Future Lead Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will specialize in the installation of high-quality resinous flooring systems, ensuring durable, aesthetically pleasing surfaces for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. Your expertise will contribute to creating safe, long-lasting floor solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards. *Duties*
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing existing floors to ensure optimal adhesion of resinous coatings
* Execute resinous flooring projects based out of our Valley Center office. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of resinous flooring systems, exceptional leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to delivering quality installations and meeting project schedules.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in flooring installation, particularly with resinous systems or similar surface coatings.
* Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, scrapers, caulking guns, and measuring devices; proficient with power tools for surface prep and finishing.
* Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to safety protocols on-site.
* Installation Expertise: Perform skilled installation of various resinous flooring systems, including epoxy and urethane coatings, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
* Site Preparation: Oversee surface preparation activities such as grinding, shot blasting, and moisture testing to ensure optimal substrate conditions for coating applications.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections during and after installation to guarantee the durability, aesthetics, and performance of the flooring systems.
* Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
* OSHA certification is not required but is advantageous.
* Client Interaction: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
