Epoxy Floor Installer

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing epoxy coatings on concrete surfaces to create durable, high-quality finishes. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces with seamless, resilient floors that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial to industrial settings, utilizing your skills in flooring installation and surface restoration.

*Duties*

* 2+ Years as a resinous flooring installer.
* Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings
* Mix and apply epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and topcoats with precision using hand tools and power tools
* Utilize hand tools such as trowels, brushes, rollers, and caulking guns to achieve smooth, even finishes
* Perform surface repairs including patching cracks, filling holes, and addressing water damage restoration needs before coating application
* High time-on-task, sequencing, and multitasking abilities are a must.
* Follow safety protocols on construction sites while handling chemicals and operating power tools

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in resinous flooring installation, especially with concrete floor prep and installation of epoxy, polyaspartic/polyurea, and urethane coatings.
* Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools such as grinders, drills, sanders, and concrete finishing equipment
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance.
* If you want to spend the day on your phone, off task, taking breaks when natural opportunies present themselves on the project, this is not the job for you.

Lead installers are provided with a vehicle and expenses to commute to/from work.

Paid holidays for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Pay: $19.00 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 55.0 per week
