Compensation: $17 – $25 an hour
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Coating Installer / Surface Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and applying concrete coatings and surface treatments to residential and commercial floors. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare concrete surfaces for coating application (grinding, shot blasting, cleaning)
– Apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other concrete coating systems
– Mix and apply coatings according to manufacturer specifications
– Ensure quality of finished surfaces meets company standards
– Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
– Communicate effectively with customers and team members on job sites
Requirements:
– Experience in concrete work, flooring installation, or surface preparation preferred
– Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments
– Strong work ethic and attention to detail
– Valid driver’s license preferred
– Willingness to learn and grow within the company
