Compensation & Benefits:
– Base Pay: $20 – $30 per hour (starting rate based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
– Install resinous flooring systems including epoxy, Polyaspartic, MMA, polyurethane, mortar, and cementitious urethane
– Mix, pour, and apply coating materials according to project requirements
– Operate floor grinders, shot blasters, high-speed mixers, and industrial vacuums
– Execute integrated cove base installation, surface preparation, and precision trowel work
– Support painting, line striping, and other projects as needed
– Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
Required Qualifications:
– Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
– Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
– Willingness to work nights, early mornings, or weekends as needed
– Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor throughout a shift
– Comfortable working daily with resinous chemicals (Epoxies, MMA, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with concrete coatings, epoxy flooring, or resinous flooring systems
– Experience with painting, cement work, troweling, or mixed/poured materials
– OSHA-10 training preferred
