Daily Tasks:
Floor Grinding and Surface Preparation: Be on your feet all day grinding floors and preparing surfaces using specialized equipment.
Cleaning Concrete Floors: Sweep and clean concrete floors to maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
Mixing Materials: Mix epoxy and other materials in the correct proportions for quality results.
Carrying 5-Gallon Buckets: Transport heavy materials throughout the job site.
Moving Equipment: Assist in relocating tools and machinery as needed.
Installing Resinous Coatings: Learn techniques for applying resinous coatings with precision.
Assisting with Demolition: Help remove old flooring systems, lifting and disposing of heavy materials.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean tools and equipment after use to keep them in good condition.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
– Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and pass a background check.
– Previous experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
