About the Role:
The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for owning the job site from start to finish. This role leads the crew, executes installations, and ensures every project meets Rhino Coatings standards.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage job sites from start to completion
– Perform and oversee concrete surface preparation including grinding and repair
– Install polyaspartic coating systems including basecoat, broadcast, and topcoat
– Ensure proper application for long-term adhesion and durability
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
– Inspect work throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met
– Communicate clearly with customers during the installation process
– Train and support team members to improve performance and consistency

Candidate Requirements:
– Experience in construction, concrete coatings, or a related trade preferred
– Ability to operate grinders, tools, and coating equipment
– Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
– Ability to lead a crew or step into a leadership role
– Strong problem-solving skills on job sites
– Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions

Expectations:
– Reports to Rhino Coatings team in Boise, ID
– Works on residential and commercial job sites throughout the region
– Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to lead each day

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
