Position Overview

We’re looking for a Concrete Coating Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role working on garage floors, basements, patios, and other concrete surfaces. You’ll be part of a crew completing high-quality, fast-paced installations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and professional equipment
• Repair cracks and surface imperfections
• Apply basecoats, broadcast flake, and install topcoats
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50-100+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Construction or coating experience is a plus (willing to train)
