Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Floor Coating Installer for commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure durable, aesthetically pleasing surfaces that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing floors to ensure optimal adhesion
• Mix and apply floor coatings including epoxy, polyurethane, and sealants per manufacturer instructions
• Read blueprints, schematics, and project plans to execute coating applications accurately
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

Skills Required

• Proven experience in flooring installation and related construction activities
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled in hand tools, power tools, and buffing equipment
• Strong understanding of construction site safety standards
• Excellent craftsmanship in concrete finishing and restoration
