Concrete Coatings Installer – TSR Concrete Coatings / Bloomington, IL

Pay: $19 – $25/hour | 10-hour days, Monday-Thursday

TSR Concrete Coatings is looking for a Concrete Coating Installer to join our team. We turn average concrete floors into works of art with grinders, coatings, and great teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating orbital grinders and 7″ hand grinders
• Applying coatings and mixing polyurea coatings
• Prepping and restoring concrete surfaces
• Applying RevaFlex – a poured-in-place rubberized safety surface for patios, pool decks, walkways, garages, and similar areas
• Troweling (experience preferred)
• Communicating professionally with customers on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience preferred – willing to train the right person
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work long shifts
• Occasional weekend availability
• Valid driver’s license
