Advantage Coating, Inc. specializes in concrete floor coatings including decorative, conductive, ESD, epoxy, secondary containment and urethanes for new commercial and industrial construction and renovation. They also do concrete polishing and epoxy resurfacing. Full-time, 32 to 40 hours per week. Pay: from $25 per hour.

Duties: prepare concrete for industrial floor coatings and polishing, install industrial and commercial coatings and cove base, run grinder/polishers, floor scrubbers and hand power tools, measure and mix products, maintain tools, load and unload trucks.

Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, legal authorization to work in the US, valid Minnesota Class D license, able to lift 100 lbs regularly, flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Crew members travel 30 to 40 percent of the time within MN, WI, IA, ND and SD in company vehicles.
