Concrete Coating Installers

We are seeking a motivated Installer to join our in-house installation team. We specialize in high-quality concrete coating systems for existing surfaces and have proudly served the Treasure Valley for over 20 years as a locally owned and highly reputable company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and values delivering a great customer experience. Experience with concrete systems or general concrete work is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

We provide all tools, equipment, and company vehicles for our installation teams. Our operations are based out of our showroom and warehouse in Eagle, and team members are expected to report there daily.

We are currently expanding, and this position offers strong potential for growth and advancement for dependable, hardworking individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Install concrete coating systems for residential and commercial projects
– Maintain a clean and professional job site
– Deliver excellent customer service while on-site
– Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:
– Reliable transportation to and from our Eagle location
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Punctual and dependable
– Strong attention to detail
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Ability to pass a drug screening
– Ability to work 30+ hours per week, including occasional Saturdays
– Flexibility for occasional out-of-town work

Compensation:
– Starting pay: $18+ per hour, depending on experience
– Opportunities for advancement based on performance
