Restoration & Renovation Services (RRS) is hiring an *experienced Concrete Foreman* to lead concrete work on restoration and renovation projects.

This role is for someone who understands concrete work from layout through finishing, can lead crews effectively, and can make sound decisions when field conditions differ from plans.

*What You’ll Be Doing*

* Leading and coordinating concrete crews on job sites
* Planning and executing concrete pours and repairs
* Overseeing forming, placement, finishing, and curing
* Coordinating work with project management and other trades
* Adjusting plans as conditions are uncovered during restoration
* Maintaining quality and safe work practices on site

*What We’re Looking For*

* Proven experience leading concrete crews
* Strong understanding of forming, placement, and finishing
* Experience with repair, flatwork, and structural concrete
* Ability to read plans and scopes of work
* Clear communication and sound judgment
* Willingness to support other trades as projects require
