Concrete Polisher Installer

Polished and Decorative Concrete (PDC) has been in business for more than 15 years and continues to grow. We are one of the fastest-growing concrete polishing and flooring companies with national contracts in the US.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Concrete Polishing Crew Member to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will assist with all phases of concrete polishing, surface prep, and finishing work on commercial and industrial projects.

What You’ll Do:
– Operate grinders, polishers, vacuums, and other concrete prep equipment
– Assist with floor prep, including patching, edge work, and coating removal
– Apply densifiers, sealers, and decorative finishes
– Maintain a clean and safe job site
– Load/unload equipment and materials
– Work closely with crew leaders to complete projects on schedule
– Travel to job sites as needed (company transportation provided when required)

What We’re Looking For:
– Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
– Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
– Comfortable working in dusty or noisy environments
– Previous concrete polishing experience
– Ability to work 8-12-hour days
– Ability to travel
– Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
