About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Polisher Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, grinding, and polishing of concrete surfaces to achieve high-quality decorative finishes on residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role that requires technical skill, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities:
– Grind and polish concrete surfaces using industrial equipment
– Apply densifiers, sealers, and protective coatings
– Operate and maintain grinding machines, polishers, and related tools
– Assess concrete condition and select appropriate polishing methods
– Ensure finished surfaces meet quality standards
– Communicate with clients and team members on job sites
– Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas

Requirements:
– Experience in concrete polishing, grinding, or surface preparation preferred
– Knowledge of decorative concrete techniques a plus
– Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools
– Physical ability to perform demanding work in various environments
– Strong attention to detail
– Valid driver’s license preferred
