*Work Location:* Job Sites (Various Locations) and Warehouse (Quincy, IL)

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a *Demolition, Epoxy & Warehouse Crew Member*. This role includes flooring demolition, epoxy flooring installation support, and general warehouse duties. Ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, learning trade skills, and being part of a solid crew.

*Responsibilities*

*Demolition & Flooring Removal*

* Remove existing flooring (carpet, tile, LVT, etc.)
* Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
* Load, haul, and dispose of debris
* Maintain clean and safe job sites

*Epoxy Flooring Support*

* Assist with surface prep (grinding, scraping, cleaning)
* Mix epoxy, primers, and coatings per specifications
* Apply epoxy systems, flakes, and topcoats with team
* Use rollers, squeegees, and application tools properly
* Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and ventilation standards
* Clean and maintain epoxy tools and equipment

*Warehouse Duties*

* Receive and organize materials and flooring products
* Label, stage, and prepare materials for job sites
* Load delivery vehicles
* Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe

*Requirements*

* Ability to lift up to *65 lbs.*
* Able to stand, kneel, bend, and work on your feet all day
* Comfortable using power tools and working with coatings/chemicals (training provided)
* Valid driver’s license with good driving record
* Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
* Construction, demolition, warehouse, or epoxy experience is a plus (not required)
* Background check required
