Epoxy Floor and Concrete Polish Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor and Concrete Polish Technician to join our dynamic construction team. You will be responsible for applying high-quality epoxy coatings and polishing concrete surfaces to achieve durable, aesthetically pleasing finishes across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Duties:
– Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, shot blasting, or etching to ensure optimal adhesion
– Mix and apply epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and topcoats with precision
– Operate concrete grinders, polishers, and other heavy machinery
– Inspect finished floors for quality control
– Follow safety protocols rigorously during all phases
– Maintain detailed documentation of work performed

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34-42 per week
