*Job Description:*

We are seeking skilled and experienced Epoxy Floor Installation Professionals to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Epoxy Floor Installation Professional, you will prepare, apply, and finish epoxy flooring systems in various settings. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– **Surface Preparation:** Clean, grind, and repair surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings.

– **Epoxy Application:** Apply epoxy coatings, including primers, base coats, and topcoats, using various techniques and equipment.

– **Color Matching:** Mix and match colors and textures to meet client specifications and project requirements.

– Curing and Finishing: Ensure proper curing and finishing of epoxy floors to achieve a durable, aesthetically pleasing result.

– Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate all tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

– Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices during the installation process.

– Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project success.

– Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.

– Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure all work meets our high standards of excellence.

*Qualifications:*

– Minimum of 1 year of experience in epoxy floor installation or a related field.

– Knowledge of various epoxy products, techniques, and application methods.

– Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

– Good communication and interpersonal skills.

– Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

– Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
