Job Summary:
Our Epoxy Flooring Lead utilizes specialized equipment and applies materials on concrete surfaces to provide maximum value for clients’ flooring assets.

Responsibilities:
– Lead crew on Epoxy Flooring/specialty floor coating projects
– Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more
– Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
– Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
– Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

Qualifications:
– A valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
– Understands the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a physically demanding role (up to 75lbs lifting)
– Epoxy Flooring squeegee installation experience
