Field Crew Member (Waterproofing & Restoration)

We are a growing commercial construction company specializing in Division 7: Thermal & Moisture Protection, seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Positions Available:
– Team Lead (Experienced in Division 7): 2-3 years of experience preferred
– Field Crew Members: 1-2 years of experience preferred

Typical Work Includes:
– Air/Vapor Barriers
– Concrete Repair
– Dampproofing/Waterproofing
– Firestopping
– Joint Sealants
– Traffic Coating

Job Requirements:
– Full-time availability (40+ hours/week, with potential overtime)
– Punctuality, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude
– Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
– Basic understanding of scope of work
– Lead or management roles require English Speaking
– Spanish/English bilingual a plus, but not required

Pay: $20 – $30 an hour
