*Position Overview*

We’re looking for a *motivated, hands-on leader* to join our growing team as a *Lead Technician*. In this role, you’ll *run a crew, manage installations, communicate directly with homeowners, and take ownership of each project’s success*. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s *hungry to grow, coachable, and ready to lead by example*.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead and manage a small installation crew on residential and commercial projects
* Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and customers on-site
* Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
* Oversee surface prep, mixing, and installation of coating systems
* Train, coach, and mentor team members
* Handle jobsite organization, tools, materials, and daily reporting

*Qualifications*

* Experience in coatings, construction, flooring, or related trade preferred (not required)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work full days on-site
* Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
