JOB SUMMARY
Purpose:
Performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. Responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of modular units and solar power conversion skids with other team members in the following departments: electrical, welding, casting, painting, material handling and others as assigned.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Utilizes broad construction skills for various building processes
· Paint materials
· Assists with inventory and/or materials for production
· Transports material and equipment by hand or use of forklift, pallet jacks, and dollies
· Cuts 500 wire off spoils to length per customer specification
· Organizes and palletize cuts of wire
· Maintain clean and efficient workspace in warehouse or production floor
· Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience: 1+ years of manufacturing or construction experience
Related Experience:

· General math skills
· Proficient with hand and power tools
· Ability to read a tape measure
· Attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks; keep up in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Highschool diploma/ GED or equivalent
Work Experience: 3+ years of manufacturing or construction experience

· Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
