Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000/year (BASE + COMMISSION + BONUSES)

Position Overview

Encore Concrete Coatings is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator / Business Administrator to support our growing inside sales department. This is a high-energy role in a fast-moving environment – not a slow-paced desk job.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage sales appointments and scheduling logistics
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally
• Assist inside sales reps with lead management and appointment flow
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns quickly
• Maintain accurate customer notes in the CRM
• Communicate with homeowners, sales reps, and management throughout the day
• Support overall efficiency and organization of the inside sales team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in B2C outbound calling or appointment setting (home improvement preferred)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, quick thinker
• Prior scheduling, customer service, inside sales, or dispatching experience preferred

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, full time, in person
