Lead Installer (Epoxy Floors & Polished Concrete)

BrightStep Floor Coatings provides our clients with epoxy floor coatings and polished concrete for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are looking for a full time experienced lead installer. A candidate must be willing to learn and adapt. Factory training will be provided and paid for by the company. You will have the ability and freedom to help improve our processes and work flows through your experience and suggestions. We strive to utilize the talents of our people and not to hold them back.

*Duties/ Responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following:*

* Lead and supervise flooring installation projects, including epoxy coatings and polished concrete applications
* Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
* Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and craftsmanship quality.
* Application of continuous process improvement
* Maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude
* Stocking/ loading company vehicle
* Floor preparation with the use of floor grinders and shot blasters
* Application of floor coatings
* Use and completion of company forms and checklists
* Cleaning of company vehicle
* Maintaining a neat and orderly shop and vehicle

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in flooring installation, epoxy floors, polished concrete, or related construction fields.
* Strong knowledge of construction site procedures.
* Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively on busy job sites.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all phases of installation work.
* Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in various environmental conditions. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
