Lead Installer – Epoxy/Polyaspartic Flooring (Fort Collins)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our team. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:
– Install Epoxy/Polyaspartic flooring systems efficiently and to company quality standards
– Oversee installation projects from start to finish
– Perform hands-on installation
– Utilize power tools safely and effectively
– Ensure all work adheres to company safety guidelines
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment
– Collaborate with team members to complete daily work
– Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
– Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site

Requirements:
– Experience with Epoxy and/or Polyaspartic flooring installation
– Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
– Ability to lead and motivate team members
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
