Maintenance & Construction

*Position: Maintenance & Construction Technician (Full-Time)*

We are seeking a dependable and skilled individual to join our team in a mixed role that combines *building maintenance* and *onsite construction work*. This position offers variety, hands-on responsibility, and the opportunity to be part of both day-to-day operations and new project development.

*Responsibilities:*

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple buildings (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
* Support ongoing construction projects including renovations, installations, and site improvements.
* Conduct inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with building standards.
* Respond to urgent maintenance needs and resolve issues promptly.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition.
* Collaborate with management and contractors to support larger-scale projects.

*Schedule:*

* *Weekdays:* Standard shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
* *Weekends:* On-call rotation for hotel maintenance needs.

*Qualifications:*

* Prior experience in building maintenance and/or construction strongly preferred.
* Working knowledge of general trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, etc.).
* Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, and safety guidelines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Flexibility for on-call weekend availability.
* Valid driver’s license required.
