*Job Overview*
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager specializing in Commercial Painting to oversee and coordinate painting projects across various construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial painting, and drywall finishing with excellent leadership and organizational skills. This role involves managing project timelines, supervising crews, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage commercial painting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and client expectations.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop accurate construction estimates and project schedules.
* Supervise painting crews, providing guidance on techniques such as airless paint spraying, hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding setup.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed schematics related to construction painting, restoration, and remodeling projects.
* Manage material procurement including paints (industrial and residential), fixtures, and other supplies necessary for each project.
* Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards for color consistency, surface finish, and overall appearance.
* Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, materials used, labor hours.

* Proven experience in commercial painting projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
* Knowledge of construction estimating processes along with experience reading blueprints and schematics.
* Skilled in commercial painting techniques as well as painting applications.
* Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools, power tools (including airless paint sprayers), scaffolding systems.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics related to commercial systems or building frameworks.
* Basic math skills for measurements and estimating material quantities accurately.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
