Garage Force Operations Managers oversee the daily activities of concrete coating in the Richmond Hill, GA area. Key Responsibilities: – Project Management: Scheduling jobs, prepping surfaces (grinding/repairing), and applying epoxy/polyurea floor coatings – Operations & Logistics: Managing inventory, calculating material needs, and ensuring equipment maintenance – Leadership: Supervising installation crews to ensure high standards of quality and safety – Client Satisfaction: Ensuring job site cleanliness and communicating with customers regarding project progress The position combines hands-on technical application with administrative scheduling and crew management.
