Project Coordinator

*Responsibilities*

* Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
* Coordinate communication between project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely completion of project milestones
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to facilitate accurate project execution
* Support construction estimating processes and review project budgets and cost controls
* Track project progress, update schedules, and identify potential delays or issues proactively
* Manage document control including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
* Assist with on-site activities by providing logistical support and ensuring compliance with safety standards
* Prepare reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement to stakeholders

* Proficiency in construction management software s
* Strong understanding of construction estimating, contracts, and project scheduling techniques
* Experience with construction site operations and blueprint reading
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and construction schematics
* Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and managing client relationships
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities
* Familiarity with construction management principles including project management methodologies and site safety protocols

Pay: $49,595.98 – $62,728.49 per year
