Founded in 2011, DCPS is a commercial property services contractor providing services to over 1,100 clients. With multiple offices, more than 300 employees, and 7 divisions including Waterproofing and Specialty Coatings.
The WAC Foreman oversees waterproofing and concrete restoration projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating with project stakeholders, monitoring safety, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise on-site work crews, assigning tasks based on skill and project needs
– Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines
– Conduct pre-job meetings to review scope, safety hazards, and work sequence
– Monitor daily operations: mixing ratios, application thickness, curing times, surface prep
– Perform quality control inspections and correct deficiencies immediately
– Maintain daily field reports including manpower, hours worked, progress, and photos
– Enforce safety compliance including OSHA standards, PPE use, and daily hazard assessments
Required Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of field experience in waterproofing and concrete restoration
– Strong knowledge of construction drawings and manufacturer specifications
– OSHA 30 certification preferred
– Proven ability to lead, train, and supervise crews
Scope of Work:
– Below-grade waterproofing, balcony/terrace waterproofing
– Expansion joint systems, crack repair & injection
– Concrete repair & spall repair restoration
– Protective coatings and sealants
Salary: $60,000 – $110,000 a year
