WORKING FOREMAN

We are seeking a Working Foreman to join our team. You will oversee the activities of production workers for a foundation contractor, with duties that include driving heavy vehicles, operation of equipment, following plans, accurately setting string lines, excavation, basic carpentry for forming & concrete work. Compensation starting at $25/hr with rapid rise given evidence of ability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinating daily activities of 6-10 employees.

Delegating production assignments to appropriate personnel.

Placing orders with suppliers.

Adhering to all safety policies and procedures (OSHA)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Verifiable previous experience in Basic Carpentry and Concrete work.

Knowledge of production tools & equipment, be physically able to lift 94 lbs.

Clear traffic abstract & able to pass physical to drive heavy vehicles.

Strong Leadership qualities.

Excellent communication skills.
