Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Concrete Grinding Polishers and Epoxy Flooring Technicians that can lead and train our crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Concrete Grinding and Polishing:
– Perform edge grinding using hand grinders
– Operate planetary grinders efficiently
– Select and apply appropriate diamond grits to achieve desired sheen levels

Epoxy Flooring Installation:
– Mix and apply epoxy, adhering to correct mix ratios
– Apply broadcast flake systems and seal coats
– Install self-leveling epoxy and urethane systems

Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience with grinding and/or epoxy coatings
– Experience operating planetary grinders
– Knowledge of various coating systems: epoxies, polyurea, polyaspartics, vinyl chip
– Valid driver’s license
– Ability to lift heavy equipment
