Compensation:
– $100,000 to $170,000 per year
– Base salary + Commission on every job sold
– Unlimited earning potential for driven professionals

What You’ll Do:
– Senior-level commercial sales role focused on the Tampa Bay commercial market
– Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients
– Estimate and propose concrete coating projects
– Close deals and manage client expectations

Requirements:
– Proven experience in commercial concrete coatings sales or installation
– Strong communication and closing skills
– Knowledge of coating systems and surface preparation
– Valid driver’s license
