Concrete Polishing Technician

Pacific Decorative Concrete is a North Phoenix based company seeking skilled Concrete Polishing Technicians. We specialize in polishing concrete, and also install self-levels, stains, industrial coatings, thin mill epoxies, and other decorative concrete scopes. We are looking for skilled techs to foreman-caliber workers. We will train the right candidates who show willingness to learn the trade.

Requirements:

– Detail oriented and organized

– Valid driver’s license

– Pass random drug testing

– Self-starter with a team-oriented attitude

– Able to interact clearly and positively with teammates and clients

– Willingness to travel out of state for periods of time

– Flexible schedule (start times vary depending on jobs and locations)

Compensation:

– Pay is dependent on experience, skill, and work ethic

– Out of town travel comes with a tax-free daily per diem

– Medical plans and PTO after 90 days
