Epoxy Floor Installer

Best Protective Coatings, Inc. is an established and growing company serving commercial facilities across Southern California. We take pride in delivering flawless, long-lasting resinous coatings – and we are looking for a skilled (or trainable) Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team.

If you’re a hard worker who takes pride in craftsmanship and shows up ready to work, we want to hear from you. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

– Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, shot blasting, cleaning, and repairing to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings
– Mix and apply epoxy coatings, polyaspartic, and other protective flooring systems
– Work on commercial and residential job sites throughout the region
– Maintain equipment and keep job sites clean
– Communicate professionally with customers on-site
– Ensure quality workmanship on every project

What We’re Looking For

– Prior epoxy flooring and concrete coatings experience preferred (not required)
– Construction, painting, or general labor background is a plus
– Reliable transportation to our shop and/or job sites
– Strong work ethic and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a small crew
– Must be punctual, professional, and dependable
– Comfortable working with chemicals and power equipment
