Epoxy Floor Installer

Legacy Garage Finishes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various flooring projects. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial to residential settings.

Responsibilities

– Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings
– Mix and apply epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to project specifications
– Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to install and finish epoxy floors efficiently
– Perform surface repairs, including crack filling, patching, and water damage restoration as needed
– Ensure all work complies with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
– Collaborate with team members on flooring projects to deliver comprehensive results

Requirements

– Must have reliable transportation
– Must be ready for hard work and longer days
– Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and working with your hands
– Need to be reliable and easy to contact for jobs
– Ability to learn and pick up skills on the job site
– Previous experience in the epoxy flooring industry is a huge plus
