Skilled Epoxy Flooring Installer

Epic Contracting, Inc. is a specialty flooring contractor with 30 years in business, looking to hire multiple skilled Epoxy/Urethane Flooring Finisher Installers. We are looking for highly motivated self-starters and productive individuals to join our Northern California team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

– Material handling and installing custom coating systems
– Taping and clean-up
– Troweling, grinding, and sealing floors
– Operating hand-held power tools and other equipment

Minimum Qualifications

– Epoxy flooring experience required
– Proof of work authorization
– Must be able to pass a background check
– Must have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
– Ability to travel to Northern California project sites (company pays lodging and per diems)

Compensation and Benefits

– $34/hr starting rate for skilled finishers
