Got a knack for talking to people, closing deals, and making things happen? Next Level Concrete Coatings is looking for Outside Sales Reps to join our fast-growing team.

What’s in it for you: 3%-7% commission (based on how much you sell). 3-5 leads provided daily (no cold calling – appointments booked for you!). W2 position with full benefits. Fun, team-oriented culture. No experience needed – we’ll train you up if you bring the hustle.

What you’ll do: Meet customers who are already expecting you. Educate homeowners about concrete floor coatings. Close deals and earn commission.

What you’ll need: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Your own iPad with active data service. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Open availability on weekdays and ability to work every other weekend.
